How can I send invitations to project participants?

In order to send invitations to project participants, after completing the initial invitation stage, please follow these steps:

  1. Enter the “Admin View”.
  2. Under the “Manage Community” tab, select “By participants”.
  3. Select the participants to whom you wish to send an invitation.
  4. Select “Send e-mail”.
  5. After confirming the target audience, click “Send all”.
  6. Now, select the type of communication you wish to send out.
  7. If you wish to edit your invitation, you could do it by clicking on "Edit Template".
  8. When you are ready, click “Send All”.
