In order to send invitations to project participants, after completing the initial invitation stage, please follow these steps:
- Enter the “Admin View”.
- Under the “Manage Community” tab, select “By participants”.
- Select the participants to whom you wish to send an invitation.
- Select “Send e-mail”.
- After confirming the target audience, click “Send all”.
- Now, select the type of communication you wish to send out.
- If you wish to edit your invitation, you could do it by clicking on "Edit Template".
- When you are ready, click “Send All”.
