How can I publish the insights?

Once the analysis has been completed, it's possible (and recommended!) to publish your insights, and share with the participants what you've learned. In order to do so, please follow the next steps:

  1. Enter "Admin View"
  2. Under "Manage Project", choose "Analyze"
  3. Click on "Approve All Insights"
  4. On this page, you could delete or edit any insight by clicking on the arrow at the top right corner
  5. To publish the insights, click on "Publish Insights"
  6. On the new window, click on "Continue"
  7. On the following page, it's possible to edit the email sent to participants. To do so, click on "Edit Template"
  8. You could now choose whether to send an email to all participants, or publish the insights without an update. It's always recommended to send a personal notice - thus updating the users how they contributed, and encouraging your community to grow. Congratulations!
