How can I add fields to the participants’ contact details?

Our system automatically creates several fields for every participant - first and last name, e-mail address and more. If you would like to add another field, e.g. “city”, please follow these steps:

  1. Enter the “Admin View”.
  2. Under “Advanced Options” select “Custom Fields”.
  3. Click on “Add Fields”.
  4. Fill in the details of your new field. You can set this field as mandatory, requiring it to be filled in upon registration.
  5. In order to save your changes, click on “Create Field”.
